Camera Natura
Camera Natura is a play on the term camera obscura, which is Latin for “dark chamber." Camera obscuras have been used as drawing aids since the Renaissance and are precursors to the modern camera. The great American photographer Dorothea Lange stated: “The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.” It is my hope that taking a moment to view nature from a different perspective will allow visitors to experience the landscape in a new way.
